Agrimontana expresses all its know-how in the traditional candied fruits, paying an extreme attention to: • the supply chain (Calabria oranges and citron from Diamante village, Sicilian lemons...); • the treatment of the raw material (hand peeling, immediate freezing...); • the candying on the whole fruit that does not use sulphuric anhydride and is a long lasting process, traditionally. The cutting in strips, dicing into small cubes and milling in paste are strictly carried out after candying, in order that essential oils are fixed by sugars in the peels and are not lost..Agrimontana products contain exclusively first choice fruit that are harvested at the right point of maturity, without adding any additive.
